Intensive Care Unit

The Intensive Care Medicine Unit is responsible for rescuing critically ill patients, monitoring high-risk post-operative cases, and supporting the recovery of patients with severe chronic conditions. We treat conditions such as cardiac arrest, severe pneumonia, acute exacerbations of chronic respiratory diseases, acute respiratory failure, acute heart failure and myocardial infarction, cardiogenic shock, severe infections and septic shock, multiple trauma, severe traumatic brain injury and stroke, acute kidney injury, and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.
