Heyou Pinnacle Medical Center spans approximately 32,000 square meters, with nine floors above ground and 23,000 square meters of functional space. The facility is designed to accommodate 100 beds, with the 4th, 7th, and 8th floors open during the first phase of operations.

The first and second floors are dedicated to health checkup and diagnostic imaging centers, alongside outpatient services. Most diagnostic and treatment procedures can be conveniently completed within the facility. Floors 3 to 8 primarily consist of inpatient wards, offering single rooms and suites, with design and amenities that meet the highest standards of international private hospitals. The 8th floor is exclusively reserved for VVIP rooms, featuring four private suites, each equipped with its own treatment, meeting, and rehabilitation facilities.
