Our international referral services provide a broad range of options for patients seeking treatment across regions and countries. We have established an efficient process for international medical referrals, ensuring our patients have convenient access to world-class care. When patients require treatment abroad or prefer to explore international options, they can use our dedicated referral channel.

The international referral process begins with an initial consultation with our domestic and international specialists, who assess the patient's condition and recommend the best overseas hospitals and experts. To ensure seamless care, we also provide international escort services, supporting patients throughout their overseas treatment. Upon their return, patients can continue their care with our comprehensive health management services, offering peace of mind throughout the recovery process.

    One on one customer service representatives will provide you with free consultation, offer suggestions on hospitals and services based on your specific situation and needs, answer your specific concerns, and assist you in completing the signing proce

  • Medical record sorting and translation

    We will assist you in collecting, organizing, examining, and translating necessary medical records, followed by content verification by Dr. Jiahui;

  • Submit materials and make an appointment with overseas experts for preliminary consultation

    We will transmit medical records to the corresponding overseas hospitals, select suitable experts based on the patient's specific condition and needs, conduct targeted evaluations and remote consultations, decide whether to accept referrals, and provide treatment plan recommendations.

  • Schedule an overseas expert consultation time

    Based on the consultation results, if your condition is suitable for overseas treatment, we will coordinate and arrange a time for you to go abroad for a face-to-face consultation, obtain an estimate of the relevant treatment costs, and guide you in making prepayments, visa applications, and other related preparations for going abroad for medical treatment.

  • Follow up medical services and follow-up after returning to China

    For patients who have completed treatment in overseas medical institutions and still need follow-up treatment or regular follow-up after returning to China, Jiahui International Hospital will obtain the patient's medical records directly from overseas medical institutions after obtaining authorization and consent. Based on the follow-up treatment opinions, Jiahui International Hospital will provide corresponding services for the patient in China and help the patient arrange regular follow-up with overseas attending doctors.
