龚梅恩主任曾任大学附属公立三甲医院心理科主任。担任广东省医学会精神科分会副主任委员(任四届)/科普小组组长、广东省医师协会精神科分会常委等重要社会职务。
Dr. Gong specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and biological therapy for mental health disorders. He has extensive experience in psychological consultation, particularly in the diagnosis and treatment of mood disorders (major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias) and schizophrenia. He also possesses profound expertise in managing various sleep disorders and adolescent psychological disorders.
擅长领域
擅长配合认知行为治疗和生物反馈治疗病人，在医学心理咨询方面有着丰富经验，掌握抑郁症、双相障碍、焦虑症、强迫症和和恐惧症等情绪障碍以及精神分裂症等重性精神障碍的诊断和治疗，对于各种睡眠障碍和青少年儿童心理障碍也有较丰富的治疗经验。
