张文青主任曾任大学附属公立三甲医院临床营养科主任（山西医科大学第二医院）。多次参与省市电台、电视台健康科普宣教和营养与健康知识讲座。被聘为中央文明办、卫生部联合开展的全国“相约健康社区行” 巡讲活动专家及中国营养学会科普宣教首批专家。
Prof. Zhang specializes in nutritional assessment for patients with various diseases, designing personalized nutritional support plans, and providing professional consultation on nutrition and chronic disease prevention and control. With over 30 years of experience in clinical nutrition, she has led multiple national research projects, published over 30 academic papers, and trained more than 30 postgraduate students. She is also a visiting expert for the national “Healthy Community Tour” initiative, cosponsored by the Central Civilization Office and the National Health Commission.
