Will someone receive me after arriving at the hospital?

The customer service representative will arrange a contact location with first-time guests, usually at convenient locations such as the lobby front desk and elevator entrance/exit, to ensure that guests receive timely guidance services upon entering the hospital.
When you step into the hospital parking lot or lobby, hospital staff will proactively approach you to inquire about your needs and guide you to the corresponding treatment area. In the hospital, if you have any questions, you can always consult the nearby staff, whether it is doctors, nurses, technicians, customer service or logistics personnel, they will warmly provide guidance services for you.

Will anyone guide me on how to seek medical treatment after making an appointment?

The day before the outpatient visit, the customer service representative will call you to discuss details such as appointment time, pre consultation preparation, identification documents, route, etc. If the call cannot be answered, the customer service representative will send a reservation reminder message to the phone number you have reserved.

I want to make an appointment with a designated doctor, but the doctor's account is not available on my WeChat service account. What should I do?

Suggest calling the consultation hotline to inform the customer service representative of the doctor to be designated for appointment, the problem to be solved, and the desired date and time for appointment. The customer service representative will contact a doctor for your consultation.

I feel uncomfortable, but I don't know which doctor to see.

It is recommended to call the consultation hotline and describe the symptoms and specific needs to the customer service specialist. We will recommend a suitable doctor based on your situation.

How to make an appointment for outpatient treatment?
You can make a reservation through WeChat or by phone. Follow the "Heyou Health" WeChat service account, fill in the information and create a personal profile, then select "Heyou Zhizhen Hospital" in the "Select Campus" section to complete the appointment online.
In addition, you can also make appointments through the following phone numbers: 0757-28682169 (working hours: 8:00-17:30), 400-0662-111 (working hours: 8:00-21:00).

I am unable to walk, will anyone help me when I arrive at the hospital?

You can inform us of this requirement by contacting us (or during the appointment and appointment reminder process), and we will prepare a wheelchair for you in advance and arrange for staff to provide assistance.

The doctor issued me a hospitalization certificate, but the hospitalization date is not today. Has someone arranged my hospitalization itinerary for me?

If you receive a hospitalization certificate issued by a doctor, please hand it over to the nearest customer service representative. After receiving your hospitalization certificate, the customer service representative will arrange a reserved room for you and contact you by phone one day before your hospitalization date to discuss in detail the preparation for admission, required documents, travel route, and deposit. On the day of hospitalization, after you arrive at the inpatient department, a nurse will guide you into the room, and then the cashier will enter the room to handle your check-in procedures and collect a deposit.

How to park after arriving at the hospital?

Please enter the P2 parking lot and park your vehicle on the B1 floor. After parking, please take the elevator directly to the medical area.

三、保险直付基本流程
1.就医前:确认直付资格您可提前拨打保险公司的服务热线,告知即将前往“和祐至臻医院”就诊,确认您的保险计划是否包含我院的直付服务、保障项目及免赔额等相关细节。
2.就诊时:出示相关材料
就诊时请向工作人员出示:
  • 个人有效身份证件(身份证、护照等)
  • 保险凭证(实体保单、实体保卡、电子保单截图)
  • 保险公司出具的《直付授权函》(如有)工作人员将核对信息并登记,确认您的直付资格及可覆盖的医疗项目。
3.诊后结算:医院与保险公司直接结算
  • 签署确认文件:您需在保险理赔单上填写个人资料并签字,确认本次就医的直付费用金额及项目。
  • 无需全额垫付:在直付范围内的医疗费用,您无需支付(或仅需支付免赔额、自费项目等非直付部分)。
  • 医院对接保险公司:我院将根据确认信息,直接与保险公司进行费用结算,无需您自行提交理赔材料。
4. 后续:查询结算进度
您可通过保险公司官网、APP 或客服热线查询直付费用的结算进度。
若结算过程中需补充材料,保险公司或我院工作人员将主动联系您,请保持通讯畅通。
四、注意事项
直付服务仅覆盖保险合同约定范围内的医疗项目,超出部分需由个人承担,请提前了解保险保障内容。
若未提前确认直付资格或未出示有效凭证,可能无法享受直付服务,需按普通流程自费结算后再自行向保险公司理赔。
住院患者请在办理入院手续时告知工作人员使用保险直付,以便及时完成信息登记。

二、就诊时需告知医院的事项
就诊时(含门诊挂号、住院办理),请告知工作人员,您有先行垫付后自行理赔的需求。
在您完成诊疗并付费后,我院工作人员将为您准备就诊凭证(门诊病历、出院小结等)及收费凭证(费用清单、发票等)。
三、自行理赔
完成就诊后您可联系保险公司进行理赔,具体操作方式以保险公司要求为准。
